Jordan Klear serves as Managing Director of Centra Capital, LLC.  He previously served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Medsurant Health, the leading provider of outsourced Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IONM) services to hospitals and surgeons throughout the United States.  He co-founded the company in 2009 and subsequently led the acquisition of seven tuck in acquisitions throughout the country in order to form one of the leading platforms in the industry.  He consistently delivered top line growth throughout his tenure driving the company from $3 million of revenue in 2009 to over $60+ million of revenue in 2018 equaling an impressive 41% CAGR.  

Medsurant made the 2016 and the 2017 Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies. In addition, the company was acknowledged as one of the Top Workplaces in the Philadelphia metropolitan region by Philly.com. The company was also named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 list of the region’s fastest growing companies.  Moreover, in 2018, Jordan was named a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.    

Jordan previously served as Chairman of the American NeuroMonitoring Association. In addition, he serves on the Corporate Council at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and as a Director at Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Greater Philadelphia.  He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  He holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.  Lastly, he is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and the Young President’s Organization Philadelphia Chapter.

Jordan and his wife, Kelly, reside in Philadelphia with their one-year old son, Ryder.
